Selective laser sintering (SLS), an additive manufacturing technique, enables the development of products with distinct properties for various applications. This study develops and characterizes a phosphogypsum-based polyamide 12 composite powder using phosphogypsum from OCP Morocco as a mineral filler for selective laser sintering. The work examines thermal, chemical, and microstructural properties through TGA, DSC, LFA, and SEM analysis, demonstrating the potential of phosphogypsum-based PA12 powders for more sustainable additive manufacturing applications.
