The second conference of the Chair of Transitions presented an epistemological analysis of transhumanist currents in their constitutive plurality. The speaker traced a critical genealogy of these heterogeneous movements, examining how transhumanism undertakes a deconstruction of the ontological foundations of human nature and exploring tensions between the precautionary and proactionary principles in bioethics.
