As part of the IAS Science Diplomacy Programme 2026, the Institute for Advanced Studies at UM6P – University Mohammed VI Polytechnic is pleased to welcome Prof. Stéphane Paquin, Full Professor at ENAP – École nationale d’administration publique, Holder of the Network of Jarislowsky Chairs in Trust and Political Leadership, and Director of GERIQ, for an upcoming webinar on Friday, 11 September 2026, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM (Morocco Time).
In this session, “Introduction to Diplomacy and its Practices,” Prof. Stéphane Paquin will explore foundational concepts of diplomacy and contemporary diplomatic practice. The webinar will examine the dynamics of international negotiation, multilateralism, and public governance, while fostering discussion on the vital intersections between diplomacy, scientific expertise, and public policymaking.
