About this Event

The Institute for Advanced Studies (IAS) at UM6P – University Mohammed VI Polytechnic welcomes Dr. Elisa Artegiani, researcher at the Laboratory for Photovoltaics and Solid State Physics (LAPS) of the University of Verona, for a seminar on thin-film photovoltaics.

In this talk, Dr. Artegiani presents current research at the LAPS Lab on thin-film photovoltaic cells based on three absorber materials: cadmium telluride (CdTe), antimony selenide (Sb₂Se₃) and kesterite (CZTSSe).

Dr. Artegiani has worked on thin-film solar cells since 2012. She leads Sub-Working Group 4.1, PVD-absorber-based devices, within the RENEW PV consortium (COST Action CA21148), and is the author of 64 international publications, one book chapter and two patents.

The seminar is organised by the IAS Chair in Optical Sciences and Photonics and will be held in English.
