Chemistry & Materials Science

The Chemistry and Materials Science program focuses on the synthesis of functional molecules and nanomaterials with potential applications in advanced technologies. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, molecular and nanomachines, sensors, bio-chemical ligands, water splitting and hydrogen production, photocatalysis, photonics, and plasmonics, with an emphasis on innovation and applicability.
